I heard about Mouth & Foot Painting Artists in October 2023 and since then I am a volunteer with them.
At the heart of the MFPA lies an extraordinary group of individuals—artists who transform adversity into stunning works of art. The MFPA (Mouth and Foot Painting Artists Association) is a global society of talented disabled artists who, having lost the ability to use their hands, create breathtaking paintings using their mouth or foot.
How Can You Get Involved?
Whether due to birth defects, accidents, or illnesses that led to the loss of their arms, these artists defy the odds by mastering the use of their mouth or toes to express themselves on canvas.
With a community of over 800 artists spanning 74 countries, the MFPA stands as a testament to the strength of the human spirit and the boundless potential of creativity. The association fosters more than just artistic development—it cultivates self-respect, dignity, and financial independence. Every MFPA artist earns an honest, secure living from the sale of their art, free from charity, empowering them to live fulfilling lives with pride.
